Bridgette Oester/ Managing Partner

Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Bridgette has lived in the Aurora area since 2006. She has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 2002. She attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science. Bridgette and her husband Chad reside in Sugar Grove with their three children; Ella, Brecken and Nora. They are members of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Aurora. She has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2006. 

Roy Albrecht

Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Roy grew up in LaGrange and Hinsdale, IL. He graduated from Hinsdale Central High School. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, Chicago. He then attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for over 30 years. He raised his children   Andrew (Kate) and Lauren in Glen Ellyn, IL. Roy has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2014. 

Cindy Lambert

Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Cindy grew up in Aurora, IL and graduated from East Aurora High School. She attended Southern Illinois University where she obtained her degree in Mortuary Science. She has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for over 30 years. Cindy and her husband John live in Oswego, IL and have two children, Rebecca and Ryan. She has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2012. 

Caprice Medina

Administrative Assistant

Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist

Caprice is currently a resident of Oswego and has 2 children Alan and Dylan.  She has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.  She has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2020.  

Tim Joy

Funeral Assistant

Tim is a lifelong resident of Aurora, IL and graduated from West Aurora High School. He retired from Waste Management in 2016 after 37 years of dedicated service.  Tim and his wife Janet are members at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Aurora. He has 2 sons; Daniel (Jessica) and Nick. Tim has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2017. 

James Bennett

Funeral Assistant

Jim is a retired Captain with the Oswego Police Department. He and his wife Mary Ann live in Oswego, IL where they raised their 2 children Jimmy and Maureen. He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aurora, IL. He is a 4^th Degree Knights of Columbus, St. Peter’s Council. Jim has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2005. 

Rich Fichtel

Funeral Assistant

Rich is a long time resident of the Aurora area. He retired from the Burlington Northern Railroad as an International Marketing Manager. Rich is a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Aurora and currently resides in Sugar Grove.  He has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2003.

Mike Williams

Funeral Assistant

Mike is a lifelong resident of Aurora, IL. Mike graduated from Aurora Central Catholic High School. Through the years, he has worked at various manufacturing companies in Aurora. He eventually retired from VVF Illinois Inc. formerly known as Dial Corp. Mike was also a Firefighter/EMT for Marywood Fire Protection for 5 years. He is a lifelong member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Aurora. Mike has been with Dieterle Memorial Home since 2018.  

John Lambert

Funeral Assistant

John has lived in Oswego, IL for most of his life and graduated from Oswego High School. John retired as a Police Officer with Batavia Police Department after 31 years of dedicated service. John and his wife Cindy live in Oswego with their 2 children Rebecca and Ryan. John started at Dieterle in 2022. 

Nate Powell

Family Service Counselor

Nate and his wife, Eve, live in Aurora & have 3 beautiful children.  He enjoys staying active in the community volunteering to coach & helping at Holy Angels Catholic School.
