Tracey Anne Consedine

It is with extraordinary sadness that the family of Tracey A. Consedine (Coffin) announces her sudden, but peaceful passing, on Saturday, July 10, 2021 in Aurora, Illinois. Born in 1970 in Olean, NY, Tracey grew up as a military “brat” in locations around the country and globe, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Georgia, Virginia, and the Netherlands.  She graduated from Denbigh High School in Newport News, Virginia in 1988 and attended Alfred State College in Alfred, NY.  She married Chester Coffin in 2005 and they made suburban Chicago their home.  For many years Tracey was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines and loved her time traveling the globe with her close circle of Delta friends.  She always took great pleasure in hunting down unique gifts for family in her trips to Europe, Asia and South America.  Tracey was particularly close to her parents and was heartbroken with their untimely loss; first her father, Tom Consedine, on December 4, 2005, and her mother, Linda Consedine, 13 years later also on December 4, 2018.  Fiercely dedicated to her own family, Tracey lived a life that felt both blessed and cursed.  While she experienced so much loss, she was also surrounded by so much love, particularly from her husband, two amazing children, stepdaughter and her extended family in Pennsylvania and New York.  She battled her demons and now she knows only eternal peace and love with her parents and her God.

Tracey is lovingly remembered by her husband, Chester and two children Thomas, Olivia and stepdaughter Katherine, as well as her siblings, Michael Consedine (Carrie) and Lt. Col. Kevin Consedine (Meagan). Tracey is also profoundly missed by her adoring aunts (and proxy mothers), Mary Kevin Cawley (James) and Anne Klenke (Robert), along with her other uncle, Joseph Schaffner (Eileen) and aunts Terry Ann Carpenter (John) and Diane Antes (Charles). Tracey will forever be remembered by her numerous cousins and extended family who were in many ways like bonus brothers and sisters.  Christmases and Summers in Bolivar, NY and Olean, NY were moments that she held dear.

She is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Linda Consedine.

Family will be receiving guests on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave, Montgomery, IL, 60538. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place following visitation on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Catholic Church, 551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL 60543.
