Robert L. Nilges

Robert L. Nilges, 66 of Aurora, passed away Friday March 10, 2023 at his home. He was born in Aurora, IL on November 19, 1956, son of Robert A. and Donna May (Ries) Nilges. Bob proudly served in The United States Navy. He was employed at All Steel for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing Bob is survived by his sister Theresa (the late Jack) Thwaites, an uncle Ronald (the late Shirley) Nilges, nephews Jack (Trudy), Michael (Crystal), Danny(Molly) and 2 nieces; Brandy (Paul Stegal) and Ashley(Gregory) Gould. Many nieces, nephews and other relatives. And many thanks to Michael, Trent and Jessie for all your love and help. Celebration of Bob’s life will be held Sunday March 26, 2023 from 2pm until time of service at 6pm at The Ashwood Clubhouse 4515 Chinaberry Lane, Naperville, IL  60564.
