Robert L Fahrlander

     Robert L. Fahrlander, 74, of Sandwich, IL passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at his home.  He was born July 31, 1946 in Aurora, IL, the son of Lawrence and Alice (Sherwood) Fahrlander. 

     Robert was employed at All-Steel in Aurora for over 30 years.  He later was a custodian for Oswego School District.    Robert spent many years camping at Mallard Bend in Sheridan.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Chicago Bulls and spending time with his dog, Pennie.   His greatest love was time spent with his wife, nephew, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

     He is survived by his wife, Pat; his nephew, Charlie (Candy) Jordan;  4 step children, Donna (Kurt) Rothrock, Kristy Marisette, Rick (Heather) Phillips and John (Shana) Phillips; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many many friends.

     He is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Dorris Fahrlander.
