Randy L. Hartman

Randy L. Hartman, 64, of Montgomery, IL passed away on January 14, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was born on March 30, 1957 the son of Sterling and Arlene (Smith) Hartman. Randy proudly served his country with the U.S. Marine Corp. Randy was extremely handy, he was a very hard worker and spent over 30 years of his career with Aurora Blacktop. Above all things Randy enjoyed time spent with family and he loved being the beloved papa to his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all.

He is survived by his children; Brandon Hartman and Gina Hartman; longtime girlfriend, Rachel Petersen, step-children Breanna and Allison Petersen and Nick Torres; grandchildren, Kyle, Aiden, Ethan, Kashton, Brayden, Lorenzo and Alexavier; sisters, Dianna "Susie" (Patrick) Parker and Traci (Matthew) Perez and his beloved dog Ginger.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son Jeremy Carico.

Family will be receiving guests on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Interment will be private.
