Minnie Lee Richmond

Minnie Lee Richmond was born on October 8, 1940 in Holly Springs, Mississippi to the late Ora Mae Jones Richmond and Lee Willis Richmond.  She accepted Christ at an early age and united with Mt. Mariah Missionary Baptist Church in Holly Springs, Mississippi.

She attended Rosenwald High School and graduated in 1960.  She worked at Hawley Products and Motel 6 for 10 years.  She was a supervisor for 10 years.

She is survived by her son David (Erin) Richmond of North Aurora; daughter Lula Turner of Aurora; William Turner of Aurora, Grandchildren Jermel Turner, Kendra Richmond, Kelsey Richmond, Shaniah Turner, Kamryn Richmond and great grandchildren Addyson Tax and Malik and Malia Turner.

She was preceded in death by son Michael Richmond; grandson Marquis Horton; Mother Ora Mae White; Father Lee Willis Richmond and brothers, Levester Jones and Marvin White.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery, IL.
