Carmine C Farruggia

Carmine C. Farruggia, 72, of Aurora, IL, passed away on November 11, 2022. He was born February 7, 1950, the son of Sara and Antonio Farruggia.

Carmine was an avid poker player & storyteller as well as a lover of books & writing.  After graduating college Carmine served in the Army before becoming the successful business owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Galena, IL with his loving wife.

Carmine is survived by his Wife, Cheryl Farruggia; sister, Grace Couch; his children, Andrea (Barry), Jennifer (Christopher), Angela (Tom), Dawn (Jay), Nicole (Danny), & Toni (Jason); and his grandchildren, Zoe, Jordan, Ryan, Caleb, Gianna, Kaitlyn, Xander, Skylar, Ezekiel, Gabriella, & Laurel.

It was Carmine's wish for his family and friends to gather in a Celebration of Life. The gathering will begin promptly at 11:00 AM on Sunday, November 27, 2022 with Military Honors until 1:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S Broadway, Montgomery IL 60538.
